  The ketogenic diet has been referred to as the largest diet sensation - ever - in the nutrition industry. So it's worth looking into for that reason alone. A ketogenic diet is very good in fat (about 75%), moderate in protein (about 20%), and suprisingly low in carbohydrates (about 5%). It's intended to put the human body into a state of ketosis. In ketosis, the human body reduces fat to generate ketones for energy, as opposed to burning glucose. Benefits of Keto? Ketosis benefits we typically hear about are fat loss, increased HDL ("good") cholesterol, and improvement in type 2 diabetes, as well as decreased epileptic seizure activity and inhibition of cancerous tumor growth. Big Bang Theory is an Incorrect Quantum Physics Abstraction

 Quantum Physics + Abstractions = Creation What is Creation? Who creates what? The media is full of news about scientists that are building theory's that will recreate the Big Bang Theory. But other scientists are afraid it will reverse the Big Bang and destroy the known universe. But what if the "Big Bang Theory" is not correct. What if it is no more than an abstraction (Theory) created by the Scientific Community. If it is only a theory had, can reversing it destroy the universe? Abstracting is one of the most misunderstood concepts of the 20th Century.
